Training of Banjar Bhumi and Chargah Vikas Samiti at Bhadsorad Block Bhadeshar

Training at Bhadsorad Gram Panchayat was successfully completed in presence of Gram Panchayat Sarpanch and Village Development officer , during the Training at 16 members committee was also formed keeping in mind of representation of all community leaders , the logic behind this  sarpanch said for any commons works we need representation of all cast and community for their contribution in common decision such as removal of encroachment from pasture land and subsequently the development of land with MGNREGA fund support.

Village Antari GP Nahargadh Block Bhadeshar 35 ha. pasture land free from Encroachment

On date 05 november Gram Panchayat Nahargadh  has taken a big steps  to free their Pasture Land from Encroachment in village Antari block Bhadeshar. The joint efforts of Gram Panchayat , Revenue department has clearly seen . Panchayat Nahargadh was in process from couple of month,  finally 150 bigha (approx 30 to 35ha. ) land has  free from encroachment

Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti GP Kannoj , Bhadeshar

A one day Training on Banjar Bhumi and Chargah Vikas Samiti was organised at Atal Seva Kendra Kannoj , during the Training Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti was also formed in Chairmanship of Bhanwar Lal Bheel (Sarpanch) , in the Training participants from Agriculture department was also present

Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti Chorbadi Bhupal Sagar

On 22 October one day Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti Chorbadi was completed at Atal Seva Kendra committee members and other village leaders activily participated and understand how to develop their their common Land with help of MGNREGA support for future .

Training of Trainers. Begun Chittourgarh (22-23 October 2019)

A two days Training of Trainers was organised from 22 to 23 October in Begun Panchayat Samiti conference hall . The training was inaugurated by BS Morya  (BDO) with lighting of lamp.

The BDO  gave a short motivational speech to all participants about their role in the conservation of the commons. Further, he appreciated works and working spirit of the FES Team in Begun. The Prakriti Karyashala members continued with the training sessions covering the core approach, relationship and dependency of  communities on natural resources, the architecture for the three levels of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti, formation process and roles and responsibility of the committee.

In second half the session dealt with the benefits of developed commons on surrounding ecosystem as well as improved livelihoods of communities. An exposure visit for all participants to the Village Narshingpura (Near by Begun ) pasture land was organised. During the field visit, the participants discussed with the communities on their role and how they have been able to use Govt funds (MGNREGA) in restoring their Common Lands .

On the second day, all participants discussed on System and Procedure (SOP) which would be followed for conducting successful Training Programs and the roles of the trainers.   

   

Common Campaign Awareness Program : 18 October 2019

Dated  : 18 October 2019 ,

Venue:  Village Jetpura GP Babrana , Panchayat  Samiti :-Bhupal Sagar ,  District:- Chittorgarh 

In continuation of Commons week a awareness program has been organised in collaboration of Gram Panchayat Babrana Panchayat Samiti Bhupalsagar district Chittourgarh , In the reference a brief discussion was held with Bhagawati Lal Gurjar (Sarpanch),  Parash Vishnoi (VDOs ) of the gram panchayats Babrana. During the Gram Panchayat level Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti they have shown good interest on commons development, They were very much interested to organize some panchayat Level event but  they needed the proper permission or block level order from Block development officer.

For making successful event we have discussed and explained the Importance of commons week with block development officer , the BDO has agreed and issued an order to organize a Event jointly with FES.

In the program we invited to all Gram Panchayts, Pardhan  for their participation and Block Level concern Government  departments  i.e. Forest , Agriculture , Revenue etc.

Place: Common Pasture Land of Village Jetpura , Gram panchayats -Babrana , Panchayat Samiti Bhupal Sagar 

Theme : Spreeding the Message to Community through preparing human chain  , rally and plantation   that Commons resources is for all so we have to do restore , manage and protection..

The program was completed in two phase first we organized the rally with senior level school students the rally was inaugurated by Bhagawati Lal Gurjar (Sarpanch) and school principle all approx 100 student march from school to village Babrana and given message to community for commons restoration, management , protection and also to ensure maximum participation in Gram Sabha for incorporation of commons work .

In second stage all community members, school students and Invited guest have gathered on Jetpura village pasture land

The program have started on 11.30 am with brief introduction program which given by Parash Vishnoi (VDO Babrana ),  In continuation of the program FES representative started his words with local slogan which related to save the tree ''Sir Sante Rukh Rahe To Bhi Sastoo Jaan ''  it  means if some one ask to us our head to compensate the tree we should  give . FES representative explained in detail to community on commons importance in our life through the different example .

Sarpanch have appel to villagers please join hand for commons development, he has asked to all representative for pasture site visit and then for making human chain MANAV SHRNKHLA for restoration, Management  and Protecting their village commons.  There for The  all present peoples , Pardhan , Other Gram Panchayat Sarpanch , Patwari , VDOs and Many more Individuals visited pasture site and prepared  Human chain on pasture Land  and a given a message to larger community to save commons.  The program was ended with vote of thanks by Sarpanch

Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti Gram Panchayat Somi

On dated 3 October one day training for Bajar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas was organised at Gram Panchayat Atal Seva Kendra, Somi , participants build their understanding on common resources  through preparing village resource map .Filed trainer sensitized participants on over exploitation of commons resources .

The Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti was also organised on the same day for future works on commons .

Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti Gram Panchayat Bhimgarh

In gram Panchayat Bhimgarh a Training on Banjar bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti was organised , The trainer Kailash Parik and Dinesh explained in detail how to develop the commons land. They also briefed about contribution of these commons land in environment.

Panchayat Level Banajr Bhumi and Chargah Samiti was also formed to coordinate the activities under Section 170 (a) of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act.

On dated 11 October Training on Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas was successfully completed in Gram Panchayat Rund block Rashmi during the training participants , prepared village resource map for building understanding on commons , In the training with village participants Sarpancha Hans Raj Jat , Bheru Lal Gurjar , Shyam Sunder Gurjar (Patwari) and Devkishan Bhat (Village development officer ) was presented .

Common Voice of Peoples for Remove of Encroachment Gram Panchayat Nimbaheda Block Kapasan

Block workshop on Pasture Land Development , Kapasan , Chittourgarh

In Panchayat Samiti Sabhagar on dated 17 September block level workshop were organised in collaboration Panchayat Samiti on Banjar Bhumi and Pasture land development , The workshop was chaired by Shri Bheru Lal Ji Choudhary (Pardhan Kapasan ) and same has been facilitated by Smt. Kumud Solanki (BDO Kapasan ) In continuation of workshop Pardhan instructed to all VDOs, and PRI members for incorporation maximum pasture Land development works in up-coming Gram Sabha,  he also informed them for registering all panchayat level common land in Panchayat assets register . In the workshop Shri Anil Ji Garden (district level coordinator Zillaparished ) was also present . Smt. Kumud Solanki given vote thanks to all participants .

On date 25 September one day block workshop of Banjar Bhumi and Pasture Land development committee was organised, the workshop was chaired by Smt.Chandan Bala Jain (Pardhan ) , in the workshop Shri Ishwar Lal (Tehsildar ) was thr chief guest he address to participants the development of Banjar bhumi and Pasture Land is not only the FES and Village community agenda  we government also have this is as a primary agenda so we have to work very closely with community for developing the common Land for community and ecosystem well being further more he also communicated that if some village didn't have pasture land as per record they may request revenue land for conversion . The workshop was facilitated by Shri Punam Chand ji (BDO Bhadeshar )

On dated 20 September one day block workshop of Banjar Bhoomi and Pasture Land development committee members , PRI members , Village development officers  was organised in collaboration of Panchayat Samiti Nimbaheda and Foundation For Eclogical Security .  The workshop chaired by Shri Pankaj Sharma (Sub Divisional Magistrate ) , Pankaj Sharma ( Block development officer ) ,

Block Workshop on Pasture Land Development Chittorgarh Panchayat Samiti

On 27 September one day block workshop was organised at Panchayat samiti Conference hall chittorgarh , the workshop was Inaugurated with objective by Shri Parveen Singh Rathor ( Pardhan), there was good discussion held around the securing and developing common land in this continuation Smt. Uttra Dashora Sarpanch  appeal to all participants (govt officer and PRI members) for their collective efforts for developing common Land , Smiti Partibha Purohit given vote of thanks and requested to that we have make aware local peoples and government officers for joining hand on this common agenda .

Block Workshop on Pasture land Development in Begun Block, Chittaurgarh

On 17th September 2019, a Block level workshop for Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti was organised. The workshop participants were addressed by Dr. BM Morya (Block Development Officer) and who encouraged the participants that community members need to build positive approach for common and government property. He shared that the Block departments have already mapped and marked Pasture Land and also formed pasture land committee  with help of FES.

In past years out of 244 villages, 180 pasture committee have been formed . In continuation of workshop FES representative Alka Triky and Amit Choury focused the thought and Approach for common Land development . On this occasion a photo album, jointly published by FES and the Block administration, on the pasture land development works of village Narsinghpura Gram Panchayat Madhopur was released

Ghatyawali Gram Panchayat Training of Banjar Bhoomi and Charagah Vikas Samiti

On 23 September 2019, Training for Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti members was successfully organised in Ghatyawali Gram Panchayat  (Chittorgarh Block). The training covered the importance of Commons, relationship with other production systems and dependency of community members on the resources. The importance of the ecosystem, ecology as well as  human & wild life interaction were discussed.
The training was facilitated by the field trainers.
