One day orientation workshop of Ward Panches in Kapasan

Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Orientation Training 2021 Office of Panchayat Samiti Kapasan, District Chittorgarh was conducted under the aegis of head Bheru Lal Jat and development officer Kumud Solanki on the third day of training by lighting a lamp on Mother India by offering garlands and flowers. According to the training module released under Campaign 2020 21, training programs were prescribed for the newly elected ward panches in the stipulated period, which kept training for the period from 17 February 2021 to 19 February 2021. On the third day of training, orientation training of all ward panches of 8 gram panchayats In which the three tier Panchayat Raj system along with the duties and responsibilities of the Ward Panches was established for sustainable development.

Role of Gram Panchayat in goals-

In this training, Sanwarlal Jat, District Training Coordinator of the Foundation for Ecological Security, conducted a web-based game on the interaction of the ecosystem with humans, which involved development of resources, security management.

In order to achieve sustainability, the ecosystem remains strong, so that in this training, the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals, which are social, economic and environmental, are equal in all three ways. The environment will remain strong only by removing the factors that harm the ecosystem. Similarly, Assistant Development Officer Man Singh Chauhan trained the ward panches on how to get the full price for the complete work in NREGA at present.

In this training, Devendra Tripathi from the institution, who is the ward panch of the committees formed under Rule 170 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules 1996, for the development of pasture development at the village level. Pasture Development Committees have been formed in the village, through which you should send a proposal to the Gram Sabha and they were trained on how the pastures can be developed through NREGA. During the training, Panchayat Samiti Kapasan Pradhan Bherulal Jat told the Ward Panchs that they will always be ready to remove any problem that may happen in their village.

Members of pasture development committee taught how to make design estimates

A one-day training was organized with the members of the pasture development committee formed in the revenue village Jitiya of village panchayat Chhapri block Kapasan, in which Krishna Sharma, a teacher from Foundation for Ecological Security, taught the committee members to make design estimates for the development of pasture land.

In this, an estimated plan was made for the development of pasture land, from the area of ​​26.1 hectares of pasture land to the development of that pasture, and data related to people were easily listed in the mobile app of the organization. The estimation plan of the pasture is prepared by making a plan, in which the budget estimate is prepared from protecting the pasture to its development. The plan was made by including animal-proof trench, forest cleaning, plantation, grass seeding etc.

In this training, Chairman of Pasture Development Committee Roshan Lal Salvi, and members Bhairu Lal, Jamna Lal, Jhamku Bai, Bhuri Bai, Chunni Devi, Sohni Devi etc. were present. 

Block workshop on Pasture Land Development , Kapasan , Chittourgarh

In Panchayat Samiti Sabhagar on dated 17 September block level workshop were organised in collaboration Panchayat Samiti on Banjar Bhumi and Pasture land development , The workshop was chaired by Shri Bheru Lal Ji Choudhary (Pardhan Kapasan ) and same has been facilitated by Smt. Kumud Solanki (BDO Kapasan ) In continuation of workshop Pardhan instructed to all VDOs, and PRI members for incorporation maximum pasture Land development works in up-coming Gram Sabha,  he also informed them for registering all panchayat level common land in Panchayat assets register . In the workshop Shri Anil Ji Garden (district level coordinator Zillaparished ) was also present . Smt. Kumud Solanki given vote thanks to all participants .
