Memorandum given for removal of encroachment

The pasture development committee of Baldis Ka Kheda, revenue village of Bhupalsagar Pari submitted a memorandum to the sub-divisional officer Sukhram Pindel to remove encroachment from the pasture land in the village. It was also told that the grazing land is less as per the revenue records in Baldis Ka Kheda. Its distributed animal is more. For this, a request has been made to convert the Bilanam land in the village into pasture. While giving the memorandum, Deshraj Gurjar, Pasture Development Committee member Wardpanch Pappu Gurjar, Ratan Gurjar, Madan Gurjar, Jagdish Gurjar, Suresh Gurjar etc. were present.

Order given to punish the trespasser with civil imprisonment

Tehsildar Ashok Kumar Soni, while taking action against Bhupalsagar resident Udayram Mali, ordered to be punished with 3 months civil imprisonment for repeated encroachment on pasture land. Tehsildar Ashok Kumar Soni told that Bhupalsagar resident Uday Lal Mali had occupied the pasture land of Bhupalsagar for a long time, on which the Bhupalsagar administration took action under section 91 and banned it by removing the possession of the gardener from the pasture land, but the said The person again encroached upon the pasture land by making a fence on the pasture land, building a house and installing a tube well. Being found accustomed to encroachment again and again and to discourage the tendency of encroachment, Tehsildar Court Bhupalsagar issued arrest warrants to Bhupalsagar Police Officer by punishing the said encroachment with 3 months civil imprisonment from 23 February 2021 by its decision.

A design estimate plan created by Pasture development committee in Rashmi

The members of the pasture development committee formed in the revenue village Balad of Sukhwal Gram Panchayat, along with the instructor of Foundation for Ecological Security Institute, Rajendra Singh Chundawat, visited the pasture land and made a design estimate for the development. In this, an estimate plan was prepared for the development of pasture land, from the protection of 24 hectares of land to the development of that pasture. Trainer Rajendra Singh Chundawat informed all the people that data is entered in the mobile app of the organization, in which the length, width and area of ​​the work is entered, through which the estimate plan of the pasture is prepared by that app, in which the budget estimate for the pasture is protected and developed.

In view of the need of pasture by the people in the pasture, a plan was prepared on various activities including animal-proof ditch, forest clearing, plantation, grass seeding etc. In this, all the members of the committee unanimously made an estimate of 24 hectares of bunding and 10 hectares of grass sowing and plantation. This will get the work approved by submitting the estimate to the Gram Panchayat. In this training Devi Singh, President of Pasture Development Committee, Mat Satyanarayan Nai, members of Pasture Development Committee were present. Trainer Ratan Mali also made the estimate in Hadmatiya with the members of pasture development committee Bhairu Singh, Oonkar Singh and Mate Jitu Singh.

Information disseminated on seeding method

Under the joint aegis of Bhupalsagar Foundation for Ecological Security organisation and Pasture Development Committee, training on re-vegetation took place on pasture land located in Kalbelia settlement.

In this, Rajendra Singh Chundawat, the instructor of Foundation for Ecological Security, explained that while planting the four golden rules, which include selecting the right species, choosing the right place, the right time of planting, about choosing the right planting method and about choosing the right planting method, preference should be given to trees, plants and grass.

Women took care of seeds in Seeding Method and the men together made balls, in which equal proportions of clay, sandy soil and country manure were made into balls. While planting carefully, they made a garland of blades and wore the bag around the neck and the pit would be 0.5 m deep, wide, long.

Illegal mining on gauchar land

The mining mafia, who are spreading their feet in the panchayat Bhupalsagar of the subdivision area, has now brought crime to the fore for illegal mining by encroaching on Gauchar land under the guise of lease. Villagers upset by such an incident sent a complaint to the panchayat in writing and appealed to the gram panchayat to remove all the encroachments from the gaucharland.

Taking immediate action on the report received by the villagers, the gram panchayat has submitted a memorandum to the sub-divisional officer Sukhram. In the report given by the villagers to the gram panchayat, they wrote that illegal encroachment and illegal mining is being done by trespassers and mining mafia in Bhupalsagar panchayat area, due to which there is no space left for food for cows and other cattle.

The villagers have put debris and stones on the pasture land by SK Mines, which has caused inconvenience to the animals. Villagers urged the gram panchayat to immediately remove whoever has encroached in Bhupalsagar gram panchayat encroachment and make suitable safety action on pasture land for report on fodder or cattle. Here, the gram panchayat has also done the sub-divisional work on the report of the villagers to the officers on the gram panchayat for all the gaucher land of lake Bhupalsagar. 

Common Campaign Awareness Program : 18 October 2019

In continuation of Commons week a awareness program has been organised in collaboration of Gram Panchayat Babrana Panchayat Samiti Bhupalsagar district Chittourgarh , In the reference a brief discussion was held with Bhagawati Lal Gurjar (Sarpanch),  Parash Vishnoi (VDOs ) of the gram panchayats Babrana. During the Gram Panchayat level Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti they have shown good interest on commons development, They were very much interested to organize some panchayat Level event but  they needed the proper permission or block level order from Block development officer.

For making successful event we have discussed and explained the Importance of commons week with block development officer , the BDO has agreed and issued an order to organize a Event jointly with FES.

In the program we invited to all Gram Panchayts, Pardhan  for their participation and Block Level concern Government  departments  i.e. Forest , Agriculture , Revenue etc.

The program was completed in two phase first we organized the rally with senior level school students the rally was inaugurated by Bhagawati Lal Gurjar (Sarpanch) and school principle all approx 100 student march from school to village Babrana and given message to community for commons restoration, management , protection and also to ensure maximum participation in Gram Sabha for incorporation of commons work .

In second stage all community members, school students and Invited guest have gathered on Jetpura village pasture land

The program have started on 11.30 am with brief introduction program which given by Parash Vishnoi (VDO Babrana ),  In continuation of the program FES representative started his words with local slogan which related to save the tree ''Sir Sante Rukh Rahe To Bhi Sastoo Jaan ''  it  means if some one ask to us our head to compensate the tree we should  give . FES representative explained in detail to community on commons importance in our life through the different example .

Sarpanch have appel to villagers please join hand for commons development, he has asked to all representative for pasture site visit and then for making human chain MANAV SHRNKHLA for restoration, Management  and Protecting their village commons.  There for The  all present peoples , Pardhan , Other Gram Panchayat Sarpanch , Patwari , VDOs and Many more Individuals visited pasture site and prepared  Human chain on pasture Land  and a given a message to larger community to save commons.  The program was ended with vote of thanks by Sarpanch

Training of Banjar Bhumi and Charagah Vikas Samiti Gram Panchayat Usarol
