The trainers of Foundation for Ecological Security Institute gave training on plantation on the ongoing plantation side of Awalkheda of Thandwa Chittorgarh block of Gangrar block. Tree plantation was done in Oran (Devvani) by the Shri Devnarayan Pasture Development Committee in Thandva, in which many local species including Peepal, Kachnar, Nim, Amaltas Jungle Jalebi and Neem's Niboli also planted.
In this program, the instructor of Foundation for Ecological Security, Rampal Sharma Singhola, while giving training on re-vegetation, explained how to sow grass and plant saplings on the pasture land, and how to make a thawla together. He also gave a detailed instruction on how indiscriminate cutting of trees has led to environmental damage which gives rise to the planting of more and more trees.
Many villagers including Ward Panch Laxman Lal Jatiya, Gopi Lal Sharma, Girdhari Lal Gurjar Devda, Mangi Lal Guard, Nand Lal Khatana, Ramesh Buchan, Nana Lal Jatiya, Bakshu Jat were present in this training.
FES instructor Govardhan Lal Jat in Avalheda said that the plantation work was done on the pasture land. Around 1300 plants were planted on 6 hectares of land. On this occasion Sarpanch Leela Devi Kumawat, Secretary Seema Soni, LDC Kanhaiya Lal Meena, Sarpanch representative Ratan Lal Kumawat, Narayan, Ratan Sen, Hindustan Zinc C by SR Head Vishal Agarwal, Svetlana Shahu, Mayank Tailor, Kailash Prajapat Dhoot were present. Govardhan Jat, Block Instructor of FES organization gave organized information on plantation.
