Order given to punish the trespasser with civil imprisonment

Being found accustomed to encroachment again and again and to discourage the tendency of encroachment, Tehsildar Court Bhupalsagar issued arrest warrants to Bhupalsagar Police Officer by punishing the said encroachment with 3 months civil imprisonment from 23 February 2021 by its decision.
