Mahadev Charagah vikas gram samiti was formed in Badoliya panchayat, Mahupura village in Rawatbhata Tehsil in Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan.

A total of 11-member committee was formed in the process. After the approval of the villagers, Head Chauthmal and Deputy Head Geeta Bhoi were appointed. Trainer Asha Khajwaniya from Foundation for Ecological Security was responsible for dispensing information on Chargah Commonland Institutions. Apart from the members, attendees such as Chotulal, Amarlal Meghval, Mahendra Singh were also present during the event.
